We are super excited to be hosting Kids Yoga at Mind & Body Studio.
Why Kids yoga?
Yoga and mindfulness have been shown to improve both physical and mental health in school-age children (ages 6 to 12). Yoga improves balance, strength, endurance, and aerobic capacity in children.

Small class size to ensure a real personal approach to this class.
Lots of fun. We will use various tools to engage your child into a fun filled 30 mins, everything from physical postures to mindfulness techniques to equipping them with the techniques to self soothe and regulate emotions.
Who: Children ages 4-8
When: Wednesday 2nd November – 6 weeks.
Time: 4pm (3o mins)
Where: Mind & Body Studio, London Road, East Grinstead.
