Menopause Workshop at Mind & Body Studio

We are delighted to be hosting this 3 hour workshop at Mind & Body Studio, East Grinstead.

Tracie Shippey is visiting from her ‘now’ home town of Devon, originally Copthorne based. She specialises in Menopause and Pelvic Floor Health.

A fully qualified MenoFit ™ Instructor, Tracie brings her own experience of both topics to the studio.

This workshop is designed to help you understand what is happening, or what to expect from your body, hormones and well being during this phase of your life.

This 3 hour workshop will consist of group discussion around:

Hormones
Nutrition
HRT
Natural supplements

A specific pilates based exercise session will enable you to learn and use the exercises in your own time, building a regular routine that offers you support and is targeted to your needs going forward.

Finally some gentle yoga and relaxation techniques will be included during the workshop to aid the release of increase in anxiety and stress this period in your life may be causing you. Lauren will offer some breath awareness tools and gentle movements which may support you during hot flushes & night sweats.

You may return most items in a new and unused condition and wherever possible in the original packaging. If you want to cancel/return your order you must tell us within 14 days (beginning on the day after the day you receive the goods), and you then have 14 days to return the items.
