Description
We will look at the fundamentals of a selection of yoga poses and put them together to work through a nice flow or transition between the poses. I will introduce using modifications and progression to suit your individual needs. This course will be limited in attendance numbers so as to offer the most personal approach to the teachings. Time to ask questions as required.
Open to all ages and abilities.
Starting on from October Tuesday 6.15pm & Friday 10.30am
Running for 4 weeks, consecutively.
