We are so pleased to be offering our Pregnancy Yoga Course.

These classes are a wonderful way of supporting mums to be, both mentally and physically in a safe and gentle way.

BirthCare classes are so much more than Yoga. Not only will they offer effective breathing techniques and exercises to help assist you with shortness of breath during pregnancy and labor, the classes will also empower you during your postpartum period.

Theses classes will provided you with tools, strength and mental support to help overcome, fear and will assist in giving you confidence and stress release for the body once baby has arrived Earth side. The sessions are a beautiful way for you to connect with the sweetness of your baby, nourishing your beautiful body and mind, enhancing the well-being of both you and baby to be.

Classes are suitable to start after the first trimester.

Instructor – Emily Gilchrist. Who is she?

I am a Mother, Yoga teacher, Energy healer, Mindfulness coach, Creatrix and Curator of wellbeing retreats – creating sacred, safe, loving and nurturing spaces where people can come, unravel, and be free to show up exactly as they are.

Shipping Policy

No shipping costs as all items / orders to be collected in person from our Dojo.

Refund Policy

Refunds are credited with the value of goods returned as per Cancellation/Return/Exchange Policy.

Enrolment Fees are non-refundable.

Events are non-refundable but maybe credit to customers / students account.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

You may return most items in a new and unused condition and wherever possible in the original packaging. If you want to cancel/return your order you must tell us within 14 days (beginning on the day after the day you receive the goods), and you then have 14 days to return the items.
