Autumnal reset and recharge retreat at the Studio

Description

Our 1st mini retreat to be held at Mind & Body Studio, East Grinstead.

We will spend a wonderful 3 hours, incorporating various techniques from yoga, heated and slow, journalling and breath practice to set us up ready for WINTER, includes sweet treat : )

Shipping Policy

No shipping costs as all items / orders to be collected in person from our Dojo.

Refund Policy

Refunds are credited with the value of goods returned as per Cancellation/Return/Exchange Policy.

Enrolment Fees are non-refundable.

Events are non-refundable but maybe credit to customers / students account.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

You may return most items in a new and unused condition and wherever possible in the original packaging. If you want to cancel/return your order you must tell us within 14 days (beginning on the day after the day you receive the goods), and you then have 14 days to return the items.
